AT THE TURN:
Jumbo Hotdog and Bag of Chips = $3.95
HOT LUNCH:
Hamburger, Bratwurst and Potato Chips = $7.95
Hamburger, Bratwurst and Choice of 2 sides = $9.95
COLD LUNCH:
Deli-Style Tray-sliced Roast Beef, Turkey Breast and Ham = $8.95
(Served with assorted Breads and Cheeses, and Choice of 2 sides)
DINNER OPTIONS:
St Louis Style Pork Steaks with Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce = $15.95

Beer: $48.00 / case, $185.00 / keg, $13.00 / 6-pack, $2.25 each
Soda: $32.00 / case, $1.50 each
Bottled Water: $36.00 / case, $1.50 each
Bags of Ice: $1.50 / bag
Beverage Tickets: $2.00 each (Good for beer, soda, or bottled water)
All-inclusive Beverage Service: $14.00 per person (100 person minimum)
Note: Beer, soda, water will be available on the course during play only
Donated Beverage Corkage: $ .50 / can (Available for tax-exempt organizations only)
A tax exempt letter must be on file at the time of your event.
Beverage Cart: Mid-Rivers Staffed = $55.00 plus tax for 5 hours
Errand Carts (Committee members, photographers, etc) = $35.00 / cart
